KPM Franklin is a rapidly growing civil engineering and land surveying firm that is seeking a full-time professional engineer (PE) licensed in Florida to be located in our offices in either Orlando or Kissimmee, Florida. Ideal candidates will have civil engineering design, permitting and project management experience in Central Florida with large single family residential, townhome and professional office developments. This job will have some local travel to project sites, client meetings and community events.

Desired Project Management Expertise
• Skilled in land development site design analysis, scheduling, financial and material resources management, leading internal teams and coordinating meetings and calls with clients and subconsultants
• Single family, townhome and multi-family residential development project experience
• Professional office and industrial/warehouse development project experience
• Permitting experience in Central Florida with city and county agencies
• Paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer and utility design experience
• Construction administration, observation and certification experience
Education, Experience and Software Requirements
• B.S. in civil engineering
• Must have Florida professional engineer (PE) license
• Minimum 5 years of civil site and drainage design experience
• Proficient producing construction plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D
