Desired Project Management Expertise
• Skilled in land development site design analysis, scheduling, financial and material resources management, leading internal teams and coordinating meetings and calls with clients and subconsultants
• Single family, townhome and multi-family residential development project experience
• Professional office and industrial/warehouse development project experience
• Permitting experience in Central Florida with city and county agencies
• Paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer and utility design experience
• Construction administration, observation and certification experience
Education, Experience and Software Requirements
• B.S. in civil engineering
• Must have Florida professional engineer (PE) license
• Minimum 5 years of civil site and drainage design experience
• Proficient producing construction plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D
