KPM Franklin was contracted by AD1 Global Hospitality Investments to provide civil engineering services for the development of a dual brand 7-story, 280 room hotel project in Orlando. The hotel is located along International Drive overlooking some of Orlando’s greatest attractions such as SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica theme park attractions. This structure is comprised of both an Aloft and Element hotel, two of Marriot’s newest brands. The project also included an amenity area consisting of a pool, splash pad, patio lounge and a bocce ball turf pad.

Scope of work included site planning, construction documents, permitting assistance, grading, paving, stormwater drainage, utility design and construction administration.
