KPM Franklin was contracted by Halifax Holdings to provide land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture services for Home2Suites Lake Mary, a four-story, 123-room hotel with onsite surface parking on 2.59 acres in Seminole County, Florida.
The scope of work included ALTA/NSPS and topographic surveys and platting, permitting assistance, engineering site design, construction documents, paving and grading, landscape and irrigation design, utility coordination, water and wastewater services, stormwater management and construction administration services.
