KPM Franklin was contracted by Parkway Clermont Owner to provide land surveying and civil engineering design service at the Skyline at Westfall Station multi-family residential development on 22.98 acres in Clermont, Florida.
The scope of work included an ALTA/NSPS survey, civil engineering design, permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, parking, utility coordination, water and wastewater services, stormwater management and construction administration services.
