KPM Franklin was contracted by WMG Development to provide civil engineering and landscape architectural design services to develop a site for three retail building lots on 5.48 acres in Winter Garden, Florida.

The site design includes asphalt parking with drive aisles, driveway entrances, lift station access driveway, three dumpster pads and enclosures, bike racks, concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, two patio areas, dry retention pond and off-site right turn lane.

Civil engineering design included overall site plan, paving and grading plan, drainage plan, utility plan, stormwater management plan, stormwater pollution prevention plan, landscape architectural design plan, City of Clermont pre-application meeting and conceptual plan and site plan reviews, Lake County drainage plan and driveway plan reviews, St. Johns River Water Management District environmental resource permitting assistance, Florida Department of Environmental Protection pre-application meetings and permitting assistance, construction administration and associated site infrastructure.
