KPM Franklin was contracted by Integra Land Company to provide civil engineering design services to develop a 19.09-acre site that includes six four-story multi-family buildings, five two-story multi-family buildings and amenities.
On-site improvements include asphalt parking lot with drive aisles, ADA parking and ramps, driveway entrances, trash compactor enclosure, concrete sidewalks, covered parking, bicycle racks, dog park enclosure, borrow pit conversion into stormwater detention pond and other associated site infrastructure.
Off-site improvements include a right turn lane on Bali Blvd.
Civil engineering design includes conceptual site plan, overall site plan, paving and grading plan, drainage plan, water and sewer plan, stormwater management plan, stormwater pollution prevention plan, utility coordination, Orange County pre-application meetings and site plan reviews, South Florida Water Management District modification letter, TWA Utility permitting assistance, FEMA LOMR permitting assistance, Florida Department of Environmental Protection permitting assistance, Orange County right-of-way use permitting assistance for offsite roadway improvements and construction administration.
