KPM Franklin was contracted by WMG Development to provide civil engineering and landscape architectural design services to develop a site for two retail buildings on 3.76 acres in Haines City, Florida.
On-site improvements include asphalt parking lot with drive aisles, dry retention pond, driveway entrances on Park Place Boulevard, two dumpster pads and enclosures, transformer pad, concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, fire hydrant assembly and other associated site infrastructure.
The civil engineering design scope of work includes permitting assistance, construction documents, overall site plan, paving and grading plan, drainage plan, utility coordination, stormwater management, storm water pollution prevention project management and construction administration. Landscape architectural design services include landscape plan, planting schedule and specifications.
