KPM Franklin was contracted by WMG Development to provide civil engineering and landscape architectural design services to develop a site for one retail building on 1.23 acres in Tavares, Florida.
On-site improvements include parking lot with drive aisles, dry retention pond, driveway entrances on Park Place Boulevard, two dumpster pads and enclosures, concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps and other associated site infrastructure.
Off-site improvements include a left turn lane on U.S Highway 441 into the project site.
The civil engineering design scope of work includes permitting assistance, construction documents, overall site plan, paving and grading, utility coordination, stormwater management, storm water pollution prevention and project management. Landscape architectural design services include landscape plan, planting schedule and specifications.
