KPM Franklin provided land surveying, civil engineering design and landscape architecture services at the Lake Mary Wellness and Technology Center in Lake Mary, Fla.
Site features included surface parking, dual pedestal electric vehicle charging stations, pedestrian walkways, sidewalks, dumpster pad and enclosure, stormwater collection and conveyance system, landscaping, hardscaping and other associated site infrastructure. KPM Franklin also updated the ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey for the site.

KPM Franklin provided land surveying, civil engineering design and landscape architecture services on this 1.5-acre commercial site at Westfall Station in Clermont, Fla.

A La Cart Food Truck Park
KPM Franklin provided civil engineering and landscape architecture design services at the new À La Cart Street Food & Craft Beer location in the SoDo district of Orlando, Fla.
This 0.75-acre food truck and craft beer park includes one building, outdoor covered seating area, artificial turf lawn, an underground exfiltration chamber system, pads for parking up to eight food trucks and food concession trailers, customer parking, sidewalks and driveway connections.

Mater Academy Davenport
KPM Franklin has provided conceptual engineering, site planning, civil engineering design and permitting services for this K-12 charter school site in Davenport, Fla.

Knights Point K-8
KPM Franklin provide civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the School District of Osceola County’s Knights Point K-8 school located on 61 acres in Kissimmee, Fla.
Our engineers designed a master drainage system with four ponds, lift station, bus and car loops, staff and visitor parking lots, bike rack enclosure, pedestrian walkways and athletic facilities.
The site features were designed to avoid impacts to several on-site wetlands. With help from environmentalists at Austin Ecological, the site design maintains wetland hydroperiods and ensures continuation of flood protection and other ecological benefits.

KPM Franklin provided civil engineering design services for a second building at the School District of Osceola County’s NeoCity Academy on 5.34 acres in Kissimmee, Fla.
Site design included for the addition of two lanes within the student car loop, 155 standard parking and four handicap parking spaces in the southwest lot, reconfiguration of the bus loop and parking spaces in the southwest lot, sidewalk connections, extension of the west access road and sidewalk with water and sewer connections.

KPM Franklin provided land surveying and civil engineering design services at Skyline at Westfall Station multi-family residential development in Clermont, Fla.
The 22.98-acre site includes 19 two-story buildings, clubhouse, pool pavilion, pickleball court, surface and ADA compliant parking, sidewalks and a dumpster pad and enclosure.

KPM Franklin provided civil engineering and landscape architecture design for a 3.76-acre retail center which includes a Miller’s Ale House restaurant and Heartland Dental office in Haines City, Fla.
