KPM Franklin participated in the University of Central Florida (UCF) College of Engineering & Computer Science (CECS) Industry Showcase during National Engineers Week on Thursday, February 20.
Juan Gonzalez, P.E., project manager, and Victoria Atencio, engineering technician and UCF CECS student, greeted students and answered questions about land development and our civil engineering, planning and land surveying services.
KPM Franklin’s display and table included a poster and miniature replica of an underground drainage system from a recently completed project at the À La Cart Street Food & Craft Beer location in the SODO District of Orlando. We also provided an information card about our firm with internship job opportunities for undergraduates and full-time employment openings for students about to graduate.
The event was part of KPM Franklin’s UCF CECS corporate sponsorship that supports the school’s ability to offer engineering student scholarships, develop academic programs and hire faculty and staff.
