KPM Franklin was contracted by KCAD Phase I, LLC to provide land surveying and civil engineering design services for the Colonial Town multi-family residential development on 2.23 acres in Orlando, Florida. The site design includes a mid-rise multi-family building, office space, restaurant space, surface parking, maintenance buildings, dumpster pads and enclosures and driveway connections.

The scope of work included civil engineering design, permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, parking, utility coordination, water and wastewater services, stormwater management, project management and construction administration services.
