KPM Franklin was contracted by Kingswere Furniture, LLC to provide land surveying, civil engineering design and landscape architectural design services to develop a site for an Ashley HomeStore retail building on 5.12 acres in Clermont, Florida.

The site design includes a parking lot with drive isles, ADA parking and ramps, crosswalks, dumpster pad and enclosure, stormwater collection and conveyance system, sidewalks, bike rack and landscaping.

The land surveying scope included an ALTA/NSPL title survey. The civil engineering design scope of work included permitting assistance, construction documents, overall site plan, paving and grading, utility coordination, stormwater management, storm water pollution prevention and project management. Landscape architectural design services included a landscape plan with a planting schedule and specifications.
