Project Summary
KPM Franklin was contracted by UCP of Central Florida to provide civil engineering and landscape architectural design services to develop a site for a school building on 8.73 acres in Kissimmee, Florida.
Site improvements include drainage connections to an existent offsite stormwater conveyance swale, wet detention/storage pond, dry retention pond, parking lot with drive aisles, parent drop off loop, outdoor playgrounds and basketball courts, covered seating area and sidewalks.
The civil engineering design scope of work included permitting assistance, construction documents, overall site plan, paving and grading, utility coordination, stormwater management, storm water pollution prevention and project management. Landscape architectural design services included a landscape plan with a planting schedule and specifications.
