KPM Franklin was contracted by WMG Development to provide civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the development of Starbucks Coffee retail building on 1.54 acres in Winter Garden, Florida.

On-site improvements include asphalt parking lot with drive aisles, driveway entrances on Avalon Rd. and Marsh Rd., lift station access driveway, dry retention pond, dumpster pad and enclosure, bike rack, concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, patio area and other associated site infrastructure.

The civil engineering design scope of work includes permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, utility coordination, stormwater management and project management. Landscape architectural design services include landscape plan, planting schedule and specifications.
