For the fifth year in a row, KPM Franklin’s Jay Brown, RLA mentored six undergraduates University of Central Florida students who put together a full development plan for the NAIOP Central Florida & UCF Case Study Competition.
The event took place at Dubsdread, in Winter Park, Fla. and the team presented their evaluation of a prime site in Central Florida to a panel of industry experts where they were able to share their strategy based on the current market environment.
