Kissimmee Civic Center Redevelopment

KPM Franklin is providing due diligence analysis, high-level concept planning, preliminary engineering plans and site plan permitting assistance services to the City of Kissimmee for the redevelopment of the Kissimmee Civic Center. The civic center will be replaced by a modern convention center and 10-story luxury hotel to promote tourism, business and community events in the city. Demolition of the existing Civic Center will likely begin during the middle of 2026. Stay tuned for more project updates.
