Kmart Redevelopment

KPM Franklin is providing civil engineering design and land surveying services as a member of a team selected by the City of Kissimmee to redevelop the former Kmart property at 2211 W. Vine Street in Kissimmee, Fla. Vine Street Redevelopment, LLC led by CapStrata Commercial and Hedrick Brothers Construction will develop Edon Park on the 22-acre site. The mixed-use development will include 51,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, 630 new residential units and a 73,400-square-foot indoor sports facility. Site plan by VHB.
