KPM Franklin is a member of the Vine Street Redevelopment, LLC led by CapStrata Commercial and Hedrick Brothers Construction that won the City of Kissimmee’s Public Private Partnership contract to develop Edon Park as a multiuse development on the former Kmart property at 2211 W. Vine Street. KPM Franklin will provide land surveying and civil engineering design services on the 22-acre site that will include more than 51,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, 630 new residential units and a 73,400 square feet indoor sports facility.
