KPM Franklin has been contracted by Acr4 Design and Azure Hotel International to provide civil engineering design services to redevelop the site of the existing Kissimmee Civic Center, which will be demolished, for the construction of a new luxury hotel and convention center.
The civil engineering design scope of work includes permitting assistance, construction documents, overall site plan, paving and grading, utility coordination, stormwater management, storm water pollution prevention and project management.
