KPM Franklin was contracted by WMG Development to provide civil engineering and landscape architectural design services to develop a site for one retail building with drive thru lane on 1.34 acres in Clermont, Florida.

On-site improvements include asphalt parking lot with drive aisles, one drive thru lane, parking and ADA ramps, landscape and hardscape, dumpster pad and enclosure, concrete sidewalk, bike rack and other associated site infrastructure.

Civil engineering design included conceptual site layout plan, overall site plan, paving and grading plan, drainage plan, stormwater management plan, landscape plan, City of Clermont pre-application meetings and site plan reviews, St. Johns River Water Management District modification letter, Florida Department of Environmental Protection permitting assistance and construction administration and Florida Department of Transportation access permit.
