Project Summary
KPM Franklin was contracted by Archon Commercial Advisors to provide civil engineering and landscape architectural design services to develop a 0.87-acre site for the Marsh View Dental Care location in St. Cloud, Florida.
On-site improvements include asphalt parking lot with drive aisles, driveway entrances on S. Narcoossee Rd and Circle Y Dr., dumpster pad and enclosure, concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps and other associated site infrastructure.
The civil engineering design scope of work includes permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, utility coordination, electrical and lighting design and project management. Landscape architectural design services include landscape plan, planting schedule and specifications.
