Project Summary
KPMF was contracted by International Engineering Services to provide land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the Ironworkers Local 808 shop expansion project located on 2.79 acres in Orlando, Florida.
The scope includes potable water connection to existing water main, waste water connection to sanitary sewer point and manhole, parking expansion, existing workshop expansion and redevelopment into warehouse building and dry detention pond.
Land surveying included boundary and topographic surveys. Civil engineering design services included overall site plan, paving and grading plan, drainage plan, lift station plan, utility plan and site lighting plan, Orange County plan review, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) 0-12 permit, Orange County Public Works and Utility permit and Florida Department of Environmental Protection Potable Water and Wastewater Permit. Landscape architectural design services included landscape plan, planting schedule and specifications.
