CFCAR / ECFRPC Redevelopment Summit 2026

Our Robby Moon, CEO, provided an update about several of KPM Franklin’s redevelopment projects, including the Edon Park mixed use and Azure International luxury hotel and convention center projects in Kissimmee, as CFCAR’s featured sponsor partner during the CFCAR / ECFRPC Redevelopment Summit 2026 at the Kissimmee City Hall.

Robby’s presentation preceded the Transforming Communities: Partnership, Redevelopment & Opportunity featured panel discussion. The panel included Jeff Cely of Cely Consulting, Veronica Malolos of CapStrata Commercial, Samia Singleton of the City of Kissimmee Community Redevelopment Agency, Tim Thomas of Hedrick Brothers and Craig Ustler of Ustler Development.

Darrell DeLoatch of DeLoatch Enterprises won CFCAR’s raffle prize, a JBL Clip portable speaker and Yeti cup, provided by KPM Franklin.
