UCF Real Estate Conference

KPM Franklin’s Greg Nixon, Allyson Williams, Alex Goetz, Andrew Freifled, Dominic McFall and Robby Moon attended the 2026 University of Central Florida Real Estate Conference yesterday at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in Downtown Orlando.

The conference was organized by the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate at UCF and featured local leading real estate professionals as speakers and panelists who shared their insights of the current state of Central Florida commercial real estate along with key market trends, economic drivers and near-term challenges and opportunities expected to drive future growth.
