KPM Franklin has been contracted by Lennar Homes to provide civil engineering design, permitting and construction phase services for extending Westside Blvd. approximately 1,300 feet north along the west side of the Stoneybrook South Baxter Property in Osceola County, Florida. The project will design the two east lanes of a four-lane boulevard and include a connection to the Whistling Straights Blvd. into the existing single-family residential development.

Scope of work included civil engineering design, permitting assistance, construction documents for site improvements including demolition, phasing, paving design, grading design, drainage design and underground utilities.
