KPM Franklin was contracted by Studio1+ to provide civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for the À La Cart Food & Craft Beer  food truck park on East Michigan Street in Orlando. The project site includes one building, outdoor covered seating area, artificial turf lawn, pads for parking up to eight food trucks and food concession trailers, customer parking, sidewalks and driveway connections.

Since the site is not large enough to accommodate a pond, KPM Franklin designed an underground exfiltration chamber system to collect and divert stormwater offsite.
