KPM Franklin has been contracted by Pineloch Management Corporation to provide civil engineering design services for 6.31-acre site with five lots for retail buildings, access road, parking and drive aisles, off-site retention pond and off-site right turn lane onto Hancock Road.

Civil engineering design included conceptual site layout plan, overall site plan, paving and grading plan, drainage plan, utility plan, stormwater management plan, stormwater pollution prevention plan, landscape architectural design plan, City of Clermont pre-application meeting and conceptual plan and site plan reviews, Lake County drainage plan and driveway plan reviews, St. Johns River Water Management District environmental resource permitting assistance, Florida Department of Environmental Protection pre-application meetings and permitting assistance, construction administration and associated site infrastructure.
