KPM Franklin was contracted by Good Capital Group to provide civil engineering and landscape architectural design services to develop a 3.52-acre site that includes a three-story, 117,311 SF climate-controlled storage building and two non-climate controlled storage buildings totaling 3,200 SF.

On-site improvements include asphalt parking lot with drive aisles, driveway entrances, dumpster pad and enclosure, concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps and other associated site infrastructure.

The civil engineering scope of work includes permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, drainage, water and sewer, storm water pollution prevention, utility coordination, construction administration and project management. Landscape architecture services include landscape design plan, planting schedule and specifications.
