Dream Lofts Groundbreaking

KPM Franklin’s Felipe Gottschall, engineering intern, Mitchel Hill, associate director geospatial & land surveying, Robby Moon, CEO, Dustin Finch, construction administration manager, and Alex Easton, engineering intern, attended the groundbreaking ceremony at Dream Lofts, Full Sail University’s future student housing community in Winter Park, Fla. KPM Franklin is providing civil engineering design and geospatial & land surveying services for this three-phase development that will provide housing for 1,800 students. Phase one of construction includes a five-story building, courtyard, fitness amenities, pool and outdoor spaces scheduled to open in 2028.
