Kissimmee Fire Station 2 Groundbreaking

KPM Franklin’s Dominic McFall, project manager, and Carlos Castro Martinez, project engineer, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the City of Kissimmee’s Fire Station 2 that marked the beginning of construction.

Jim Walls, City of Kissimmee Fire Department fire chief, Jackie Espinosa, City of Kissimmee mayor, and Russell Garrison, project executive from Core, spoke about how the new three-bay station building and site have been designed to support faster response times, improve readiness and increase service reliability.

KPM Franklin is providing land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the fire station site. The fire station is expected to be completed in the fall of 2027.
