NAIOP UCF Case Study Competition

KPM Franklin’s Jay Brown RLA mentored the winning team that created the most realistic development plan presented to a panel of industry experts during final presentations of the 2023 NAIOP Case Study Competition. Five teams of University of Central Florida students were asked to evaluate a prime site in Central Florida and develop a plan based on the current market environment. Congratulations, we cannot wait to see what the future brings to this group of young professionals.
