Project Summary
KPM Franklin has been contracted by the International Skydiving Museum & Hall of Fame to a conduct civil engineering due diligence analysis to better understand the disposition of four lots on U.S. Highway 192, useable acreage and foreseeable constraints and costs. Next, KPM Franklin will provide land surveying, conceptual engineering, site planning and early permit agency coordination services for developing the site where the museum and hall of fame building will be constructed.
The scope of work included ALTA/NSPS survey, boundary survey, topographic survey, tree survey, civil engineering due diligence analysis and site planning.
