On October 26th, 2022, KPM Franklin hosted the official ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the grand reveal of our new office location in the heart of downtown Kissimmee. We purchased the two-story building in February and moved in more than 50 employees in May. The building houses our Kissimmee engineering, homebuilder survey and project survey departments, and also serves as our corporate headquarters. John Newstreet, IOM, FCCP, president/CEO – of The Osceola Chamber, opened the ceremony and our Robby Moon, CEO/principal, and John Kelly, president/principal, followed with brief remarks before the ribbon cutting which also included principals Tom Franklin and John Pulice. We also honored Tom Franklin Sr., who found Franklin Surveying and Mapping in Kissimmee in 1975. A hearty thanks to The Osceola Chamber for helping us host the event. We also appreciate our clients, the City of Kissimmee and Osceola County Government dignitaries attending along with our many friends and family members. We are loving our new space and it only makes sense to have the best space to grow and thrive!
