KPM Franklin was contracted by Travis West Development to provide civil engineering and landscape architectural design services to redevelop the existing clubhouse amenities area on 4.41 acres in Orlando, Florida.

Site improvements include a new clubhouse building, eight pickleball courts, basketball half court, playground, reconfigured pool and surrounding deck, parking lot with drive isles, drop off lane, sidewalks with connections and ADA ramp, walkways and drainage swale.

The civil engineering design scope of work includes due diligence analysis, concept plan, permitting assistance, construction documents, overall site plan, paving and grading, utility coordination, stormwater management, storm water pollution prevention and project management. Landscape architectural design services include landscape plan, planting schedule and specifications.
