KPM Franklin was contracted by Condev Communities to provide civil engineering design services for Cypress Landings, a 550-lot single family residential and 450-lot multi-family residential project on 187 acres in Kissimmee, Florida.
The civil engineering scope of work included permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, surface parking, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) permitting, utility coordination, water and wastewater services, stormwater management and construction administration services.
