Project Summary
KPM Franklin was contracted by Ecoplexus to provide civil engineering and land surveying services to develop a site for a 74.5 MW photovoltaic solar power plant on 672 acres in Fort White, Florida.
Civil engineering services included an overall site plan, paving and grading plan, paved driveway design, drainage plan, stormwater management plan, stormwater pollution prevention plan, soil erosion best management practices plan, Columbia County and Florida Department of Environmental Protection pre-application meetings and permitting assistance, construction administration and associated site infrastructure.
Land surveying services included ALTA/NSPS, boundary and topographic surveys.
