KPM Franklin was contracted by KCAD Phase I, LLC to provide land surveying and civil engineering design services for the Full Sail student housing development on 13.1 acres in Winter Park, Florida. The site includes a five story building, clubhouse, amenity spaces, retail space and surface parking.

The scope of work included civil engineering design, permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, parking, utility coordination, water and wastewater services, stormwater management, project management and construction administration services.
