KPM Franklin was contracted by Little Diversified to provide land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architectural design services to modify a site with an existing building on 17.85 acres in Orlando, Florida.
On-site design improvements include modification of the southern wall into the storefront, modification to existing parking lot and drive aisles, concrete sidewalks and pedestrian access connections to new storefront, two dumpster pads and enclosures, bike rack, long term bike spaces, ADA ramps, relocation of fire hydrants and other associated site infrastructure.
Land surveying services included construction layout and as-built surveys. The civil engineering design scope of work includes permitting assistance, conceptual plan, construction documents, overall site plan, paving and grading plan, drainage plan, water and sewer plan, utility plan, storm water pollution prevention, project management and construction administration. Landscape architectural design services include landscape plan, planting schedule and specifications.
