KPM Franklin has been contracted by Southcrest Management to provide surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the construction of Independence Classical Academy’s K-12 charter school located on 6.2 acres at 2902 S. Jenkins Road in Fort Pierce, Florida. Services provided by KPM Franklin include field, plat and tree surveying; civil engineering and landscape architecture plans; stormwater permitting (South Florida Water Management District and North St. Lucie Water Control District); and site permitting (City of Fort Pierce). KPM Franklin also has provided offsite improvements to South Jenkins Road, including two turn lanes, stormwater drainage, sidewalks and utilities.
