KPM Franklin was contracted by American Land Development to provide civil engineering services for Lake Gentry Landings, a single family residential project on 239.2 acres in Kissimmee, Florida. The master site plan includes 700 single family residential lots with 554 for homes and 146 for townhomes, all to be built by Mattamy Homes. The project is in the final stages of design.

The scope of work includes providing route and wetland location surveys, permitting assistance, concept planning, civil engineering design, community development district (CDD) establishment and construction administration services. Construction documents include master site plan, master drainage plan, mass grading and paving plan, master utility plan, master lift station and master stormwater pollution prevention plan.
