KPM Franklin was contracted by Corporate Realty to provide planning and civil engineering design services for the Light House Harbor multiuse development on 68 acres in Palm Coast, Florida. The site design includes 845 single family residential and multi-family residential units, 160,000 sf commercial space, marina with 80 set slips and 200 dry slips.

The scope of work included civil engineering design, permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, parking, utility coordination, water and wastewater services, stormwater management, project management and construction administration services.
