KPM Franklin was contracted by American Land Development to provide civil engineering, landscape architecture and land surveying services for Marsh Landings, a single family residential project on 120.11 acres in Kissimmee, Florida. Florida. The master site plan includes 314 single family residential lots with 224 for homes and 90 for townhomes, all to be built by KB Homes. The project is in the final stages of design.

The scope of work includes providing plat review, boundary, topographic, tree location, flood plain and wetland location surveys, permitting assistance, concept planning, civil engineering design, landscape architecture design, community development district (CDD) establishment and construction administration services. Construction documents include master site plan, master drainage plan, master grading and paving plan, master utility plan, water and sewer plan, offsite turn lane plan, lift station plan and master stormwater pollution prevention plan and landscape, hardscape and irrigation plan.
