KPM Franklin was contracted by Finish Line Builders to provide civil engineering, land surveying and landscape architecture services at the Midgard Self Storage site on 2.49 acres in Kissimmee, Fla.

Land surveying services included construction layout and as-built surveys and sketch and legal descriptions. Civil engineering services included conceptual plan, permitting assistance, overall site plan, paving and grading plan, drainage plan, storm water pollution prevention plan, utility coordination, construction administration and project management. Landscape architecture services included landscape design plan and planting specifications.
