KPM Franklin was contracted by Park Square Enterprises to provide civil engineering site design and associated infrastructure design for this 14.14-acre single family residential development in Fruitland Park. The project entails the addition of 76 new lots to the existing Mirror Lake Village community.

The scope of work included civil engineering design, permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, water and wastewater services, stormwater management and construction administration services.
