KPM Franklin was contracted by Hillpointe to provide civil engineering design, landscape architecture and land surveying services for the Hillpointe Davenport multi-family residential development on 20.85 acres in Davenport, Florida. The site design includes surface parking, a lift station and a wet retention pond designed to higher FDOT criteria because the downstream connection discharges into an FDOT conveyance swale.

The scope of work included civil engineering design, permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, parking, utility coordination, water and wastewater services, stormwater management, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) permitting, flood plain analysis, project management and construction administration services.
