KPM Franklin was contracted by Daven Pointe Properties to provide land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture services for RISE Florence Villa Townhomes, a single family residential project on 28 acres in Davenport, Florida that includes 35 buildings with 224 townhomes.

The scope of work included platting and ALTA/NSPS and topographic surveys, permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, surface parking, landscape and irrigation design, utility coordination, water and wastewater services, stormwater management and construction administration services.
