KPM Franklin has been contracted by Encore Resort Homes to provide land surveying services for the 46-acre Spectrum Resort Orlando condominium development at Reunion Resort in Osceola County. The first phase of the project on 32 acres located north of Traditions Blvd. is currently at various stages of development, and includes clubhouse, pool and cabana amenities, hub office, 52 three-story condominium buildings, parking, sidewalks and golf cart paths. When the second phase begins on 14 acres located south of Traditions Boulevard, KPM Franklin will continue providing land surveying services for 22 three-story condominium buildings, parking, sidewalks and golf cart paths.

Scope of work included platting, initial condominium exhibits and ALTA/NSPS boundary and topographic, retaining wall elevation and staking, and construction staking surveys.
