KPM Franklin was contracted by Hill/Gray Seven Development to provide land surveying services at the Starbucks single-tenant retail project site on 1.52 acres in St. Cloud, Fla.
Land surveying services included ALTA/NSPS land title survey, boundary survey, topographic survey, tree location, wetland location, update to ALTA/NSPS land title survey and support for subsurface utility exploration performed by a subcontractor in the right of way adjacent to the project site.
