KPM Franklin was contracted by Stanley Martin Homes to provide land surveying and civil engineering services for Stevens Plantation, a single family residential project on 348.9 acres with 328 lots for homes in St. Cloud, Florida. This project is in design.

The scope of work includes providing plat review, permitting assistance, civil engineering design, landscape architecture design, community development district (CDD) establishment and construction administration services. Construction documents to include master site plan, drainage plan, paving and grading plan, offsite turn lane plan, lift station plan, water and sewer plan, stormwater management and construction administration services. Offsite improvements to include the extension of a gravity sewer to a lift station and the design of a force main to an off-site facility.
