KPM Franklin was contracted by Vista Hills Ventures to provide civil engineering design services for the Vista Hills multi-family residential development on 16.2 acres in Minneola, Florida. The site design includes 12 four-story multi-family buildings, surface parking, ancillary trash and maintenance buildings.
The scope of work included civil engineering design, permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, parking, utility coordination, water and wastewater services, stormwater management, project management and construction administration services.
